About Blue Line Inspection Services Blue- Line Inspections provides Building Inspection Department, Code Compliance, Energy Code, and Quality Assurance Services.   Since April, 2000 Blue-Line Inspections has been a full-service Construction Inspection and Code Consulting firm.  Frustrated with poor customer service the customer was receiving from employers, Blue Line Inspections was started in Plano, Texas.  Catering to the discerning Custom homebuilders, Blue Line's creative, hands-on approach has built a reputation of fast, reliable customer service.  Our emphasis is not on volume of inspections.  Keeping our Inspections at a manageable volume affords us the opportunity to fill the inspection needs of our clients, and the one-on-one service they deserve.  Our inspections have served the needs of individuals and companies from Coral Springs, Florida to Phoenix, Arizona. Blue Line Inspections has been a leader in the implementation and enforcement of the Texas State Mandated Compliance to the 2000 International Energy Conservation Code. In August of 2003, Blue Line Inspections opened its second office in Tulsa, Oklahoma, again, pioneering the way, performing the Oklahoma State Mandated Licensed Real Estate Inspections.   All of our Inspectors hold at least two of the following Certifications:
